AnimalSave hosts a wide variety of events across the organization, including fundraisers, volunteer orientations, Spay/Neuter Clinic, low-income pet food distribution, and more. Here’s a list of our upcoming events.
May 18: Fashion Show, Alta Sierra Country Club, 12-3pm. Raffle Prizes, Buffet Lunch, No Host Bar. Tickets available for sale at AnimalSave, 520 E. Main Street, Grass Valley or by mail. Please purchase tickets in advance by May 10th. Grab a group of friends and help AnimalSave help the animals! June 8: Northridge Dinner Night, Nevada City, 5-9pm (10% of food sales benefit AnimalSave)
June 10: 4th Annual Wag ‘n’ Walk Costumed Dog Parade, Western Gateway Park, 10am-3pm (all proceeds benefit AnimalSave). Wag ‘n’ Walk Flyer or Wag n’ Walk 2012 registration form
June 30: 1st Annual Enough to Spare & Share Food Truck Festival, Western Gateway Park, 12-6pm. Stop by for a tour of AnimalSave’s Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic.
Aug 8-12: Nevada County Fair. Stop by our booth to visit and see photos of adoptable dogs & cats.
Sept 29: 1st Hoe-Down Barn Dance – DJ Jamie Hogan, Thoroughbred Loop, Grass Valley, 5-9pm (all proceeds benefit AnimalSave)
Nov 17: 12th Annual Santa Paws Holiday Auction, Miner’s Foundry, Nevada City, 6-10pm. Last year this event provided $18,000 to help fund our programs. We want to exceed that amount this year! Please plan to attend, get some early holiday gifts and help the animals.
Dec 8: Pet photos with Mrs. Claus, AnimalSave Thrift & Treasures, 10am -2pm
