Some are small, some are large. Some are very young, and some are elderly. Some have health challenges and others are bursting with vim and vigor. But all of the animals we help have one thing in common: they wonder if they’ll ever get a forever home.
AnimalSave’s Foster Program helps these animals by bridging the time between their rescue and their permanent re-homing. Due to the energy and generosity of the nearly 50 families in our Foster Program, dogs and cats are cared for, socialized, and even trained in obedience. And thanks to these families, we have rescued and found homes for 2,915 cats, dogs, kittens, and puppies in Nevada County and beyond.
